  • We use third-party payment providers integrated through the Wix platform to securely process all transactions.

  • Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other options depending on availability.

  • Wood Whimsy by Jana does not store or access your payment information directly.

 

🎁 Gift Cards

  • We offer digital gift cards that can be used toward any purchase on our site.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Orders are shipped via FedEx with label printing for accuracy and tracking.

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to resolve the issue.
