Because each sign is custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Cancellation Policy 

At Wood Whimsy by Jana, each piece is lovingly handcrafted and made to order, with your unique vision at the heart of every design. Because of the personalized nature of our work, we kindly ask that you review the following cancellation terms:

 

🔒 Once Design Is Approved

• After you approve the final design, production begins immediately.

• At this stage, cancellations are no longer possible, as materials are sourced and the creative process is underway.

 

🕰️ Before Design Approval

• If you wish to cancel your order before approving the final design, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Cancellations made during this early phase may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any design consultation or preparation fees.

 

💡 Need to Make a Change?

• Minor adjustments may be possible before final approval. We’re happy to work with you to ensure your piece is exactly what you envisioned.
